General information

Lessons:

15min or 30min individual lessons and 30min group lessons, refer to fee structure. You are guaranteed 9 lessons per term, public holidays are taken into account. If your swim day falls on a holiday, don't worry its accounted for and worked into our term schedule.

Booking a slot:

Please send a detailed message with your preferred day and time of lesson, we will get back to you asap with closest available options.

To secure your slot, half or full payment will be required. We do have 2 installments available as a payment option.

Cancellations:

No refunds, clients are liable for full amount upon booking confirmation. We are subscribed to accountability (possibly add the accountability logo somewhere on the homepage)

Make-up lessons and late arrivals:

If you are late for your lesson, your instructor will teach for the remainder of your assigned time slot. You will not receive the full 15min due to time constraints.

No make-up lessons without prior arrangements, our instructors might be fully booked making it very difficult to give make up lessons. We will however do our best to accommodate you if sufficient notice was given, but this will depend on our schedule and availability. No make-up lessons for holiday weekends, late arrivals or religious holidays (other than public holidays). When your instructor is off sick, a make-up lesson will be given.

Mon-Friday 13:00 - 18:30

Saturday 08:00 - 18:00

Sundays (pool parties only) 10:00 - 17:00
